Crossing Paths
C$30.00Price
This painting shows a footpath that people can also bike on. The path is called the Beltline trail. I liked how the path when it was raining became muddy, and as this dried it left a record of the direction people had moved when crossing it. I also liked that people would sit and observe this, and that the path was bordering car paths in the city. That there would be a desire to move but only by one’s own power and for social reasons was very attractive to me which is why I made this painting.
