This is the largest fountain painting and is reminiscent of one of the most famous paintings in the world, Starry Night by van Gogh. It is done in thick oil, and in the painting of it I glazed many times to get the vibrant street lights and the colours to sit on the canvas as if the night was pulsing and the water was running. The painting has a custom frame, and is mysterious and lovely as the first day I laid eyes on the subject. No photograph could capture the experience of this view.
