This pose is life size and to scale, it shows the gesture of resting the hands to the heart. This is an action of grounding and of centering the self in touch and the breath of the self. In hot and cold with full spectrum of colour, life is breathed into the self and the wholeness of being alive is experienced and returns to the body and away from the quickness and the pressures of life.
