Moon Door

This arch is one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen and I keep this image close to me in my heart, often repeating the design in my mind as it is strong and perfect. I like it not so much for its plot significance in the Fellowship story but more for its aesthetic design, one of the rare instances where I don’t care as much about what happened, more about how it appears on the surface. This is luminous, monochromatic and would be sure to make all in its presence speak friend to enter. 

I love that riddles are so frequent in the series, I like how you would have to be curious to enjoy them... and that they are threaded into such beautiful designs is a bonus, just makes me so happy
